These cuties arrived well packed and alive without any issues. Seller reposnded quickly when I had a question about the order. Also ordered some orange rilli which also arrived alive. All of the sheimp acclimated to the tank without issue. Very pleased with my experience, order and pricing. 100% recommend.

Thrilled with my shrimpies!!! Ordered 5 and recieved 6. The tiniest guy didnt make it but what I got is exactly what I wanted. The packaging definitely saved the survivors because they traveled in a freezing fedex truck for 12 hours in December before being delayed and finally arriving to my doorstep. These are the perfect beautiful, healthy, and very durable final additions to my self sustaining ecosystem. Will definitely recommend Teachers Pet to everyone who asks.

they were all alive and kicking after three days in transit and I even got a few extra :) One of them fell in while I was trying to change their acclimation bag and he totally survived with no acclimation lol

I ordered my second, or third package now from Teachers Pet last week, and even with a delay caused by a snow storm interrupting its delivery I was lucky enough to get so many beautiful, healthy shrimp! I will however profess that I happened to order a lot of shrimp considering the weather and all therefor the 20% of stock that died in shipping happened granted I am across the country (MA), and just happen to have a delivery path from Teachers Pet to myself that forces the shrimp to chase the storm or follow its chaos right to my front door. Regardless of their frigid journey however these shrimp are beyond beautiful, and I can see the work these people put into their product. The insulation works. I see some complaints regarding its loose properties ie. But frankly it’s the most safe and cost effective system I have ever seen, and as a consumer that feels better to me than a bunch of styrofoam, cardboard and hand warmers thrown in. And I’m saying that with losses. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I ordered and the second time (both with Zero DOA’s) and this time will not change a thing! I was offered free shipping and gifted extra shrimp for my order too which was so cool.
You never know what to expect but with folks like these I’ll tell you it’s something like a hi-five.
And the shops offering a refund after covering my shipping which just feels like a huge gesture toward the customer. Teacher teacher you’re putting the world’s faith in us! GIVE THESE PEOPLE A CHANCE, AND THEY WILL MAKE YOUR DAY!
Their prices are incredible too, competes with in person/local big box store prices and has genuinely high if not better quality shrimp!
Be mindful of weather conscientious of parameters, and happy with yourself! Can’t just be them! Go find your “it” with teachers pet today!
