Amazing experience ordering from this seller. The shrimp arrived very well packaged, with excellent insulation and care taken to make sure they traveled safely. Shipping was fast, and every shrimp arrived alive, healthy, and active.

After drip acclimating them, they adjusted to the tank quickly and were out grazing and foraging almost immediately, which is always a great sign of healthy shrimp.

What really stood out though was the customer service. They were extremely responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns before the order arrived. That level of communication made the whole process much less stressful.

Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality of the shrimp and the service. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. 🦐

I’ve purchased shrimp online many times, but these are by far the healthiest I’ve ever received. The Raccoon Tigers arrived incredibly active and are settling in perfectly with my Blue Diamonds and Tangerine Tigers. I really appreciate the "bonus" shrimp included in the order! Ordered 11 green jade shrimp, most were mature and all alive and arrived a day early which made me happy. Would like to see a label saying live fish on box because it arrived beat up. Other than that I think I'll order more for my other tanks
